Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for a Master Splitter subscription.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This is a translation of the Hebrew original. In case of any conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers paid Master Splitter subscriptions (Pro and Premium) bought on master-splitter.com. A purchase on the website is made with Paddle, the registered seller (Merchant of Record), which issues the invoice.
A purchase inside the iOS app is charged and refunded by Apple, and a purchase inside the Android app by Google. Each store's own refund policy applies to those, as explained below.
30-day refund guarantee
Anyone who bought a subscription on the website can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the charge date, with no need to give a reason. This applies to the first charge and to every renewal.
After a refund the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan. No expense, history or other data is deleted.
How to ask for a refund
Ask for the refund through the “manage subscription” link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or at paddle.net.
Or write to support@master-splitter.com from the address you signed up with and include the order number; we will pass the request to Paddle and follow it up. The money goes back to the original payment method and usually shows up within a few business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Purchases through iOS or Android
Apple and Google are the seller in an in-app purchase, so only they can refund it. To ask Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. To ask Google: your Google Play order history. We do not manage or cancel these payments.
Cancelling and the paid period
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. After the 30 days, the unused part of a period is not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
Cancel with whoever charges you: Settings → My subscription → Cancel subscription, or the link in your Paddle receipt, for website purchases, Apple's settings, or Google's settings.
Step-by-step for each store: How to cancel.
Your rights under the law
This policy does not reduce the rights the law gives a consumer, including the right to cancel a transaction under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the consumer-protection laws of the buyer's country. If the law gives you a better right than the one stated here, that right applies.
